The year is 2089 and the oceans have raised due to global warming.
Regardless of the attempts of World Governments, global warming had continued at an alarming rate until in 2083 the North and Southern ice caps split!
The ice began melting at an uncalculated rate, so the oceans kept rising, causing super storms, cyclones, hurricanes, and tornadoes all over the globe…then came the rain!
Perpetual rain for 7 years!
It became a race against time to save the cities of the world from being swallowed by the oceans.
The remaining worlds population now live in underwater "City Domes" scattered across the new ocean floor.



The CEO of "Spears Solutions" Steve Spears, was now the richest man in the New Underwater World, after inventing “APOL,” (Acoustic Polymer), a new product to protect the cities with domes.
Steve Spears became "Submarine Man™", enhancing the APOL to build his underwater laboratory, building new submarines, suits, and weapons to protect the cities and famous monuments of the new underwater world!
